About
I am a Brighton based physiotherapist, who is passionate about the benefits of movement and exercise. I have been enthusiastic about sport and activity ever since childhood and this continues with me to do this day. In my younger years I loved playing many sports, such as football, cricket, tennis and squash, however in recent years I have focused more on endurance sports including running, triathlons and a few years ago completed Ironman Wales.
I qualified as a chartered Physiotherapist in 2008 and have worked in a range of NHS and independent sector hospitals and clinics since then. In the last 10 years I have specialised in orthopaedics and musculoskeletal problems.
I have a keen interest in joint replacement surgery, spinal surgery, running problems, sporting injuries and to be honest, any health condition that limits your quality of life.
I can help with many common musculoskeletal pains, such as low back pain, sciatica, hip pain, knee pain, ankle sprains and many more.
I am not too keen on passive treatments such as acupuncture, manipulations, cupping and taping, so if this is what you are after, I am probably not the right person for you.
I am passionate about the benefits of movement and exercise and if you think this could help you, I would be delighted to hear from you.
If you are not sure, then please feel free to get in touch, to discuss your issue further.
